  1. Key Marketing Techniques The Operator employs statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. headquartered in the USA). The Operator does not transmit any personal data to the service operator but only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information derived from cookie files using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/ The Operator utilizes remarketing techniques, allowing for the customization of advertising messages based on user behavior on the site. This may create the illusion that user personal data is being used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is the enabled support of cookie files. The Operator employs the use of the Facebook pixel. This technology enables the Facebook service (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered person on the platform is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which it is the administrator, and the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. The Operator employs a solution to study user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that they do not know which physical person the data concerns. Notably, passwords entered and other personal data are not subject to recording. The Operator uses a solution to automate Service actions concerning users, e.g., sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  2. Cookie Information The service utilizes cookies. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, especially text files, stored on the user’s end device and intended for use on the service’s website. Cookies typically contain the website’s name, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the service operator. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  • Maintaining user session on the service (after login), so the user does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage of the service.
  • Achieving the goals specified in the “Key Marketing Techniques” section above. Within the Service, two fundamental types of cookies are used: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s end device until logout, leaving the website, or closing the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user. Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. Service users can change their settings in this regard. The web browser allows for the deletion of cookies. Automatic blocking of cookies is also possible. Detailed information on this topic is available in the help or documentation of the web browser. Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the service’s websites. Cookies placed on the user’s end device by the Service operator may also be used by entities cooperating with the Service operator, particularly companies such as Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).
